The Eyes of Equality
Hoxton, London – 2026 | 790 x 280 cm
Commission for Egg Design Limited

Two eyes, looking outward, toward the street.

This piece was a commission for Egg Design Limited, an architecture office I’ve collaborated with on previous projects.

I chose to work with just the gaze because on a street like this one busy, full of people passing by it’s what connects fastest. An eye is recognised instantly, felt before it’s understood.

As always, the image is built from interlaced ribbons, my recurring visual language each strand distinct, yet part of the same gesture.

Nothing more is needed to stop someone, even for a second.
